DODO City Manager

Our Mission

We are currently looking for a City Manager to join our dynamic team based in Rome.

Directly reporting to the Dodo Worldwide Sales Director, the candidate will be responsible for managing the direct POS DoDo in Rome, achieving the sales targets and promoting brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador and will spread the values and the philosophy of our brand, with the end result of maximizing sales.

Your Opportunity

Business Objectives and KPIs

• Achieve the sales goals defined with the Retail Manager

• Attract, recruit, develop, retain, and engage customers

• Implement action plans to achieve targets

• Analyze the results and KPIs, providing high quality feedback and reports to the Retail Manager and HQ

• Know and monitor business environment including local competition

• Positively and proactively manage the relationship with Department Stores to reach targeted business results

People

• Identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talents

• Create and maintain a positive work environment

• Motivate and coach the team, creating development plans for sales staff

• Give effective feedback and empower the staff

Brand Ambassador

• Promote the culture of the brand internally and externally

• Ensure that the qualitative standards required by DoDo are maintained

• Ensure store atmosphere reflects brand image

• Ensure that the Company guidelines are implemented

• Ensure that team behaviors are consistent with the standard of DoDo service, image and values

• Ensure that all the processes are compliant with legal, safety, HR, stock organization policies.

Who you are

• Significant experience in fashion/luxury retail

• At least 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position

• Proven ability to deliver customer orientation

• High level of integrity and entrepreneurial spirit

• Enthusiastic team player, outgoing and friendly personality

• Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team oriented; well-integrated in the social environment
