Dodo was the first luxury brand to offer composable, high-end jewellery to a broad unisex audience by bringing together playful aesthetics and a personal message. A DoDo piece is more than a simple jewel. Every charm tells a story that conveys a personal meaning or celebrates love, luck, freedom, or friendship. These “talking charms” carry strong emotional and sentimental significance for the person who wears them. Their anti-conformist style and upbeat philosophy appeal to all generations from Millennials to Baby-Boomers.

Your opportunity

The Product Marketing Manager we are looking for will collaborate with the Head of Product Marketing and the team to define short to long term product strategy and to make sure that all the Company functions are informed about product priorities and integrate those in their fields.

How you will contribute

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:


  • Analyses the structure of the collection and makes recommendations in terms of gap filling
  • Updates product lifecycle (best-sellers, slow movers…) and recommends what to discontinue
  • Liaises regularly with product development team to share results and needs
  • Makes extensive briefs to Creative Director providing insights on market trends, and needs
  • Collects specific needs from Regions in order to identify business opportunities through ad-hoc product capsules, exclusives or pre-launches


  • Defines the price positioning of new collections, looking at competition and market potential
  • Coordinates the yearly price revision


  • Monitors competition and prepare presentations on competitors’ new launches
  • Performs regular market visits to proactively make recommendations on areas of improvement


  • Realizes extensive documents on new launches (business objectives, market context, inspiration, sales arguments, technical details, 360° ATL and BTL support summary)
  • Trains company key people on new launches and performs short product presentations during market visits
  • Prepares briefs for BTL tools creations helping with the choice of products according to the product strategic priorities


  • Makes a monthly business review on product performances and ad hoc analysis
  • Proposes action plans after identifying weak areas working with Sales, CRM and BTL Departments

Who you are

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product marketing
  • Past experience in luxury, F&B or fashion is appreciated
  • International experience is a strong plus
  • Strong ppt presentation skills are a must
  • High analytical skills and proficiency in excel
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
