Gucci launched its first online concession partnership in 2013 and has since expanded its partners and reach. We are looking for an experienced Concession Partnerships’ Program Manager, who will contribute in driving our concession/marketplace partnerships to the next level, by designing and implementing effective integration flows from a business, technical and architectural standpoint. The right candidate for this position will have a strong strategic mindset and a proven track record to develop businesses in a cross-functional, global environment. Role Mission This is a world-wide role for a Manager capable of driving workstreams for multiple, concurrent projects that will drive profitable sales growth across the portfolio of existing and new global concession partnerships. The Digital Concession Program Manager will support wholesale partners / eTailers integration strategy developing and ensuring an efficient and viable integration roadmap. In particular, the key responsibility of the Digital Concessions Program Manager will be to partner closely with our Global Digital Product & Development teams as well as Business Information & Technology, Supply Chain and Kering Tech teams to ensure the development of technical solutions and services to scale this business to the next level. As a core member of the Global Digital team – all of our team members are expected to contribute - beyond the remit of the functional role - to the overall Digital Strategy and its successful global execution.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate the deployment of solutions in partnership with Business Information & Technology, Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Product Development, Kering Tech,  and collaborate with them to strengthen project objectives and scope of the Digital Concession business.
  • Lead the development and implementation of large scale system integration projects.
  • Liaise with different project stakeholders – at global and regional level – to ensure requirements are clearly defined, communicated and executed. 
  • Guarantee the quality and completeness of technical integrations.
  • Keep all the relevant stakeholders informed about the integration status. Support the Concessions Account Manager sharing insights and recommendations to be taken in consideration for the negotiation processes.
  • Manage regular communication with Digital Concession Director and operational teams on status and risks to ensure the effective implementation of the road map.
  • Manage the overall coordination, status reporting and stability of digital concessions projects in close collaboration with the involved technical teams.
  • Ensure that project goals and quality objectives are met on time and within scope and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with business users for system requirements, testing, training and support.
  • Secure sign-offs on key deliverable.
  • Perform reporting and analysis, following a solution-driven approach to system and processes manipulating data from database tables.
  • Share learning across teams and regions.
  • Ensure transparency and instill trust in the process, allowing team members and top management to quickly see how the project is progressing at any point. 

Key Requirements

  • Successful studies in business management or engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Digital project management, supporting and coordinating complex integrations between enterprise applications  
  • Solid technical background, with experience in e-commerce platforms,Design and integration patterns
  • Experience with a wide range of sales channels and thorough knowledge of e-tailer business operations
  • Excellent knowledge of technology standards: webservices, xml, html, SQL, Google Analytics

  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • PMI or PRINCE 2 Certifications are a plus
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and growing environment
  • Proven ability to translate business and technical needs to solve the issues.
  • Proven ability to communicate with external partners and internal teams on a senior level.
  • Ability to adapt to different environments and be open-minded.
  • Strong track record of working in global organizations, across teams and regions
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English
