Role Mission
The Host will ensure that all the clients are welcomed to the store in a way that is memorable and engaging. Your role is about offering every customer a unique experience. You will make a real difference for each of our clients.
Key Accountabilities
- Welcome clients to the store
- Recognise regular clients and greet in a warm and friendly manner
- Directing clients to the appropriate sales associate or department
- On hand to deal with any client queries
- Provide information to clients about the store and surrounding area
- Assisting clients upon exiting the store

- Ability to connect with people in a warm and friendly way
- Excellent grooming, presentation and posture
- Confident in dealing with different people and cultures
- Customer service focused
