The site management specialist person will be part of the Facilities team and will support in performing various activities, in example: managing budgets in opex and capex, checking budget alignment, arranging maintenance/services plan and contracts.
How you will contribute (Key accountabilities)
- Ensure that structures (buildings and plants) are fully operative;
- Arrange an integrated maintenance plan, organize periodic site inspections to evaluate the contractors' activity in order to ensure service levels;
- Estimate costs and manage facilities budget (opex and capex) collaborating with Finance team;
- Coordinate ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions;
- Cooperate with GUCCI’s functions to verify the regulatory site compliance and implement any corrective measures required (about energy management, sustainability, health&safety, construction);
- Cooperate with the Legal, Procurement and Construction functions to prepare periodic specialist tenders for the new / current contracts;
- Data entry in a specific ERP tool (SAP).
Things that should be in your background:
- Previous experience of at least 3/5 years in a similar role;
- Technical diploma or higher (eg three-year technical degree);
- Confidence in using the Office package (Excel mandatory) and full command of Autocad;
- Good knowledge of building and plant engineering;
- Maximum attention to detail and internal customer service;
- Ability to work in complex and structured environments;
- Extreme organization, proactivity, orientation towards deadlines, cost control and problem solving;
- Excellent interpersonal communication with internal users, contractors and other teams functions;
- Experienced in ERP tools (SAP).
