As TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER you will be a passionate, confident and distinctive individual that is a key business partner who identifies, attracts, and engages with the best talent in the market. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and be a Gucci brand ambassador, promoting the culture and values of the brand.
- Design, deliver, develop and maintain an effective recruitment process for each vacancy in Retail, focusing on direct sourcing of candidates, by identifying target companies, candidates and skills
- Managing high volumes of vacancies in the most efficient way from Client Advisor to Store Manager level ensuring that the time to hire and offer metrics are met
- Review direct applications, qualifying if appropriate using appropriate screening and questioning for the role
- Write job descriptions and prepare job adverts that are attractive and in line with the company culture and values
- Conduct telephone screening, face to face interviews and assessment centres as appropriate
- Support with early years careers such GRADE Graduate Program activities
- Manage internal careers process – overseeing applications, progression opportunities and communicating updates and information to the employee population
- Collaborate with the relevant HR Business Partners to proactively identify future acquisition needs
- Coach, advise and consult with the Line Managers or HRBP to plan activities for needs. Create robust strategies to meet the required need
- Conduct a comprehensive brief with the Hiring Manager ensuring all aspects of the role requirements have been effectively explored, to define the desired candidate profile including experience and skills
- Coach, advise and constructively challenge the Hiring Manager, if required to ensure a brief is clear, realistic, relevant and achievable
- Collect interview feedback for each candidate for the interview stages and inform them of the outcome when confirmed with the Hiring Manager
- Able to challenge constructively the Hiring Manager on CV’s or interview feedback if required
- Manage the offer process, ensuring a professional and consistent experience for potential new hires. Work with the HRBP or Head of HR to finalise details of the offer details & process, making a verbal offer to the candidate if required.
- Write brand appropriate emails and letters that are in line with our culture for communication with candidates and agencies
- Provide feedback to Head of HR and Heads of function on current market trends that are affecting the profile search or recruitment process
- Oversee and control the recruitment budget to achieve objectives to timescale
- Manage and develop the Graduate Trainees as and when they are recruited
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role at a senior capacity, with the experience of recruiting for retail roles
- The ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
- High energy individual that is positive, passionate and flexible with a can-do attitude to deliver effective recruitment solutions
- The capability to manage high volumes of vacancies at all levels – Client Advisor through to manager
- Excellent interviewing skills with an engaging style and the ability to transmit the employer brand
- Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with various stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of working on projects from an end-to-end perspective
- A strong knowledge and understanding of the retail and corporate business structures with the ability to grasp complex concepts and processes
- Demonstrates a curiosity for our product and a connection to fashion industry trends
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
