Your opportunity
Reporting to the HR Personnel Administration & Payroll Manager you will work in a very inclusive and qualified team. Our office manages all the Brands within Kering group and you will have the chance to work with a wide range of Companies and diverse CCNL in an international and innovative environment.
How you will contribute
You will manage all the administrative processes, analysis, and requests for a dedicated Portfolio of Kering Brands, taking care of the relationship with the key stakeholders (such as employees and HR business partners) by managing:
communications and contract variations
personnel data flow controlling and reports
personnel presences (illnesses, accidents, holidays, leave, maternity leave) data control and management
analysis and reports through our IT systems
relations with the payroll provider
employees’ benefits (health insurance, post retirement funds etc)
Who you are
A brilliant university graduate on Business/Economics/HR administration related
You have experience in payroll and personnel administration in international environment
You have experience in payroll processes and personnel administration
Advanced MS Office user especially in Excel, knowledge of Zucchetti and AS400 will be a plus
You have high energy, organizational skills and capability to collaborate in team and with different functions
You are fluent in Italian and English
