Dans le cadre du développement de notre organisation TECH DATA, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) (PMO) pour intégrer l’équipe TECH DATA. Il aidera le responsable TECH DATA dans la gestion budgétaire, le suivi des prestataire, le suivi de l’exécution de la roadmap et la préparation des différents comités associés à notre gouvernance. Faisant partie de l'organisation Kering Tech, le programme Data est une initiative clé visant à placer la donnée au cœur des décisions business en s'appuyant sur l'analyse et les capacités d'analyse avancées. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement international, vous garderez une longueur d'avance sur la courbe technologique, identifierez les besoins de changement et partagerez les meilleures pratiques pour rationaliser les processus métiers
Comment vous allez contribuer
En tant que PMO, vous serez en charge des différents sujets administratifs autour du budget, du suivi du portefeuil de projets, du reporting et de la préparation des comités de gouvernance :
Gestion du budget assurant la préparation, les dépenses, les prévisions et l'atterrissage
Suivi des portefeuilles de projets, préparation des comités d'arbitrage / d'investissement des projets
Gérer le recrutement des sous-traitants, s'assurer que les processus d'approvisionnement de Kering sont appliqués à l'embauche de nouveaux sous-traitants
Suivi des partenaires sur l'émission des contrats, le renouvellement des contrats, la facturation et le suivi des missions
Point d'entrée pour l'équipe Procurement pour les activités liées aux achats
Contribuer aux statuts sur l'état du programme/projet, à la discipline et à la rigueur dans la mise en place de la planification détaillée
Assister l’opération manager pour les réunions mensuelles avec marques
Qui êtes-vous
Un professionnel avec une forte expérience en tant que PMO dans de grands projets IT dans des environnements internationaux et complexes (au moins 5 ans d'expérience)
Expérimenté sur le poste de PMO, expert en planification de travaux et reporting opérationnel
Expérimenté sur la mise en place de processus budgétaire
Excellent communicant, facilitateur, habitué à interagir avec différents niveaux d'entreprise, avec des compétences de leadership établies
Proactif, capable d’analyser les sujets de manière globale
Mobile pour voyager au besoin (national ou international)
Très bonne connaissance d'Excel, Powerpoint et Power BI
Rigoureux et bien organisé
Maîtrise de l'anglais obligatoire (tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit)
Connaissance de l'italien un plu

We are currently seeking for a PMO who will help the head of data in budget management, procurement processes, project definition and committees’ preparation. If you are passionate, curious, and collaborative, come and join our Data team.
Your opportunity
Part of the Kering Tech organization, Data program is a key initiative aiming to put the Data in the heart of business decisions leveraging on analytics and advanced analytics capabilities. You will be working in an international environment, you will keep one step ahead of the technology curve, identifying change needs and share best practice to streamline business processes
How you will contribute
As PMO, you will be in charge of the different administrative topics around budget, project portfolio follow-up, reporting and committee preparation.
The key responsibilities are:
Budget Management ensuring the preparation, spent, forecast and landing
Entry point for IT controlling team for budget follow up
Project portfolios follow up, preparing project arbitration / investment committees
Manage the contractors hiring, insure that Kering procurement processes are applied to onboard new contractor
Follow up with all partners on contract issuing, contract renewal, invoicing and mission follow up
Entry point for procurement team for activities related to purchasing
Provide input into Program/Project status reporting and metrics discipline and rigor in setting up the detailed planning; weekly progress monitoring of the metrics; alert, anticipate, mitigate deviations
Support/contribute Committee preparation and steering and Program alignment
Help Agile coaches for agility implementation and PI plannings
Help Operation manager for brands monthly meetings
Who you are?
A professional with trusted experience as PMO in large IT enterprise projects gained in international and complex environments (at least 5 years of experience)
Expert in planning and reporting
Ideally knowledgeable about retail business as well as Data project
Excellent communicator, facilitator (with small and large groups), used to interact with different levels of business, with established leadership skills
Agile, solution focused, pro-active, able to think end-to-end
Available to travel when required (domestic or international)
Very good knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI
Rigorous and well organized
Fluent in English (both spoken and written); Italian knowledge as a plus
