    Your opportunity
    We are looking for a Digital Customer Operations Specialist to be included within our Digital Customer Operations team in Padua.

    He/she, within the Digital Customer Operation team, will actively contribute to the management and continuous improvement of digital tools supporting Customer Operations. This includes the B2B commerce website, the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and the email marketing platform.

    How you will contribute 

    • Ensure the correct and timely updating of content on the B2B portal and DAM, ensuring proper access for all authorized users.

    • Ensure the creation and management of email marketing campaigns in all phases (from scheduling to post-send reporting).

    • Create landing pages dedicated to sales initiatives, communication, and training.

    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the B2B web portal, DAM, and Marketing Automation platform.

    • Facilitate knowledge of DAM and Marketing Automation, providing support in their use and promoting adoption within company departments.

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of new digital projects, collaborating with other departments, following the guidelines set by the Digital Customer Operations Manager.

    • Contribute to teamwork and the achievement of goals within your working team.

    Who you are 

    • Graduated in Computer Science or a related field.

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

    • A dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious individual, committed to teamwork

    • 2-3 years of experience in web application and content/image management.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

    • Experience with SmartEdit or other Content Management Systems (CMS).

    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Marketing or other Email Service Providers (ESPs).

    • Excellent in communicating and building solid relationships.

    • Fluent in English

    • Basic knowledge of image formats and sizes would be considered a plus.

    • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS would be considered a plus.

    • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, XD) would be considered a plus.
