Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator, who will report to the Head of Eastern Europe, as part of our EE subsidiary based in Novigrad.
How you will contribute
- Showroom sample management
- Brand Ambassadors sample management
- Warehouse management
- Mail/parcels: all incoming and outgoing deliveries (Express Courier)
- Office entry-exit control (alarm system, cards...)
- General services maintenance of the office's systems
- Car fleet monitoring/maintenance
- Communication with municipal services
Who you are
- 5+ years experience working in sample management and in general services
- Eastern Europe market knowledge is a plus
- Mandatory Croatian & English languages, both spoken and written
- Italian language is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Office Pack (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Strong interpersonal relationship & communications skills
- Result driven, proven strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Multiple-tasking and flexible in accommodating ad-hoc tasks
