Your opportunity

The Ecommerce & Marketplace Team of Kering Group is currently seeking an English/French speaker Invoicing & Product Lead to join a dynamic team based in France, Paris.

You are in charge of cross-functional projects, you coordinate and support E-commerce/Omnichannel Product Business Leads and you are accountable of project methodology and final delivery.

Directly reporting to the E-commerce/Omnichannel Platform Business Lead.

How you will contribute

The Invoicing & Payment Product Lead works on transversal projects that requires a strong coordination between different areas of expertise

  • Third parties (PSP, Fraud, Invoices..)

The Invoicing & Payment Product Lead is in charge of scoping project impacts and gathering all requirements, formalizing this for different internal departments and partners (tax calculation, PSP, fraud management,…)

  • Collect business needs to meet the business case challenges
  • Collect requirements and animate prioritization with business stakeholders and business Product Leads
  • Translate business needs into system brief
  • Modelize project and coordinate with IT stakeholders to underline impacts
  • Transition with Integration Team and Product Lead to incorporate transversal project in a global delivery plan
  • Write test cases and liaise with testing teams
  • Follow planning with all relevant teams
  • Validate and follow budget for third parties and Legacy dev team

Who you are

  • A Business or Engineer graduate Master in Digital is a plus
  • A Digital, Ecommerce, Omnichannel expert with at least 6-8 years of experience,
  • Experience of Agile methodology on cross-functional projects.
  • Strong rapport with solution engineers and a deep understanding of the end-to-end development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and omnichannel, you have an extensive understanding of key components of an e-commerce platform related to the following fields: invoicing, operations, finance shared services, inventory Control, ERP/Legacy IT team, OMS, customer, integration, third parties (PSP, Fraud, Invoices..)
  • Advanced usage of project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack,…
  • A professional with strong analytical, ownership and accountability skills
  • You’ve experienced retail & omnichannel environments in an international context, ideally in the luxury industry
  • An excellent communicator at every level in the organization with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • 20% Mobility required for projects and team management (Brands & regions)
