Your opportunity
You will ensure org monitoring and support organizational analysis for Supply Chain and Logistics function. You will coordinate HR processes and projects acting as internal PMO and coordinate the Regional business partnership activities to ensure consistency with the functional strategy.
How you will contribute
- Support organization design and transition
- Analyse processes, roles and org set up to support the Manager in assessing potential organizational scenarios, sustaining them with adequate rationales and identifying proper sizing based on relevant KPIs
- Support transition of logistics operations monitoring any relevant KPI to infer HR evolution in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Act as first point of contact for the logistic partner HR department to ensure a primary interface and the respect of organizational model agreed
- Monitor staffing plan, checking compliance with the scheduled timing and compensation plan, escalating any deviation
- Track monthly progress of personnel costs taking care of monthly cost approval
- Ensure respect of organizational model agreed, validating with relevant stakeholders any deviation
- Act as internal PMO for the main HR processes
- Drive any HR/org related aspect of budget and forecast processes, ensuring executive summary preparation for the entire SC & Logistics perimeter
- Support Talent review, coordinating summary preparation for SC & Logistics management for the entire SC & Logistics perimeter
- Support Comp Review process monitoring progress
- Org monitoring and analytics
- Deliver complex analysis of HR Data and contribute to the creation of HR insight that enables the diagnosis of business issues
- Personnel cost BDG and FCT coordination at worldwide level, liaising with HR Cost Controlling for any need
- Elaborate pers cost scenarios for any organizational project to support decision making
- Coordinate regional business partnership activities to ensure consistency with the functional strategy
- Monitor regional workforce and staffing plan, ensuring a global reporting on the status of the functional organization (org charts, organization changes/evolutions, open positions, recruitment status, hiring, exits)
- Partner with local HR on any matter implying an escalation at central level
- Regularly follow-up with local HRBP’s to align on key HR projects and topics, ensuring constant reciprocal alignment between Regions and Headquarters
Who you are
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar background
- Relevant experience in a consulting environment with exposure to HR and Org topics
- A person data driven with excellent analytical skills and business acumen
- A person highly motivated by organizational analysis
- A team-player resilient and adaptable: able to deal with changing environments, moving targets and tight roadmaps with outstanding problem solving and organizational skills
- A careful stakeholder with good relationship and communication skills
- An individual with a pro-active approach, able to multi-task and prioritize
- Fluent in English and Italian
