Join our passionate journey and fulfil your potential and creativity.    We are currently seeking a RTW Product Development Specialist who will report to the Ready To Wear  product manager McQ as part of our dynamic team in Novara. 

Your opportunity 

 

The position will be responsible to develop the RTW collections of McQ in collaboration with Style, Merchandising and Production offices as well as external suppliers. In particular, the RTW Product Development Specialist will act as link between internal departments and suppliers, in particular to finds or develops the right materials according to The Design and development timelines, target price, quality standard and PRLS. 

 

How you will contribute 

 

  • Research trends and presents market relevant material concept 

  • Select, Develops & implements materials which provide commercial success (es. Target price) and support multiple creation process and timeline 

  • Work closely with Design, Product development and external suppliers, he/she supervises all material questions such as booking, delivery status, lead times, testing, quality issue during sampling & production  

  • Material Management, development & procurement. 

 

Who you are 

 

  • A professional with years’ experience in a similar role and able to work with the Style and international suppliers 

  • A problem solver, good at establishing positive working relations with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers 

  • A technical university graduate with understanding and knowledge of shoe-fit and production   

  • Highly organized and able to plan efficiently  

  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken 

  • Willing to travel from time to time 

  • Team Worker
