MCQ Wholesale Account Manager

We are currently seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to join our growing MCQ London team to oversee and develop Wholesale Accounts in the EMEA region.
How you will contribute?
You will oversee Key Accounts in EMEA and specialty stores in selected regions (UK, Scandinavia, France, Portugal, Benelux).
Create distribution/target list for Sales Area on a Seasonal basis.
Maximise the distribution potential each season through understanding the markets, clients, and opportunities in each area.
You will closely monitor seasonal performance, commercial actions, and decision making to increase healthy sales and performances in each location of the geographical Area.
Work closely with Internal teams to make sure commercial interests are shared through the business through post-market swot analysis and product needs.
You will work closely with wholesale partners each season on marketing and communications opportunities.
Create seasonal training packs, tailored to each customer.
Market visits and surveys with delivery of Brand, Product and Seasonal trainings. At times when physical travel isn’t suitable, then to be comfortable conducting these over digital channels.
Ensure all clients respect MCQ wholesale guidelines doing market visits and regular platform checks.
Product regular reports for Senior Management and feel confident in presenting end of season financial analysis.
You will be travel extensively when appropriate.
Your skills and experience
Previous experience in a similar role, managing wholesale clients within a Contemporary Fashion/Streetwear brand.
Ability to communicate effectively across a global organization.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability.
Poses the ability to thrive in a goal-driven and fast paced environment
Highly organized with strong follow up skills.
Experience in team management.
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point and Outlook proficiency).
Use of Joor beneficial.
Fluency in English is a must, French is highly desirable.
