Payroll and HR Administration Specialist for Germany, Austria & The Netherlands

Your main responsibilities will cover the following task, such as:  •    Management of the monthly payroll •    Coordination with external payroll provider •    Expert for all questions regarding social security, health insurance, payroll taxation and compensation & benefits matters •    Management of the time & absence system  •    Contract Management and care of personnel data  •    General personnel administration •    HR Reporting and collaboration with the local Finance Department and European Comp&Ben department Your requirements: •    Min. 3-4 years of payroll/administration/comp&ben experience •    Very good German and English language skills •    Structured, flexible and autonomous work style •    Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Workday is a plus  •    Team spirit and passion for the job
