Our Mission

We are looking for a Clienteling Intern as part of our dynamic team based in Milan. The candidate will support the Head of Retail Italy to develop and implement client development strategies across the Directly Operated Stores with the objective to grow loyalty and recruitment, in coordination with the Store Managers of the Region and with the Global Retail Excellence Department.

How you will contribute

• Support the Head of Retail in building clienteling action plans at store level, based on each boutique objectives

• Support the Store Managers on key priorities: grow customer base and nurturing existing customer segments

• Use relevant CRM data supplied from CRM & Clienteling central team to propose initiatives to Store Managers & Boutique Staff

• Coordinate the development of these initiatives across the retail channel and the implementation of commercial and non-commercial touch points

• Build a close relationship with the boutique staff, relentlessly investing time in the field, supporting teams with tools & methods, accompanying and enabling a client oriented mindset

• Articulate best practices' sharing across boutiques

• Monitor and report monthly client performance review to the Head of Retail

• Manage interactions with internal partners to contribute to transversality and project management dynamic (Retail Operation, Trade Marketing, CRM & Clienteling central team)

• Ensure main targets / KPIs are respected

Who you are

• Master’s degree in Management or Economics

• Strong interest in the jewelry industry and sensibility to the luxury environment

• Focused on customer satisfaction by continuously improving services, processes, collaborative capabilities

• Team player / interested in the success of the organization as much as his / her own

• Analytical skills with the ability to translate results into actionable insights

• A confident communicator capable of inspiring collaboration and excitement around the topic in the stores

• Fluent in English and Italian

• A previous work experience in a similar role is a plus
