Our Mission
We are currently looking for a Retail Operations Controller who will join the Finance department.
How you will contribute
Reporting to the Head of Business Controlling, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- implement store inventory procedures (stock receipt, stock transfer, stock adjustment, etc) and ensure they are applied at global level
- monitor stock transaction of European stores
- train stores employees on inventory procedures
- manage stock takes (annual and cycle count)
- elaborate the financial part of store procedures manuals (sales transactions, cash management in POS system)
- liaise with the IT department to define and implement needed tools and reports
Qualifications and competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance related subjects
- 2/3 previous experience in a retail back of house position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and international company
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
