ROLE
You will plan, coordinate and facilitate the success of Talent, Development and Engagement programs and projects in accordance with SL HQ culture. Moreover you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the Corporate Offices within Leather Goods Operations.
MISSION
- Develop and implement the Talent Acquisition practices and tools in order to meet the challenging business expectations, integrating Diversity and Inclusion approach, and ensuring a perfect hiring experience
- Ensure skills development training programs and succession plans in line with the current and future business evolution and implement ad hoc projects to support the organization goals
- Implement a holistic communication strategy to drive the employee experience whilst increasing performance and engagement to develop a positive workplace culture
- Manage all employee-related issues including full spectrum of human resources processes and activities and working closely with Kering HR Shared Services to ensure an accurate payroll operations
- Develop strong and trusted partnerships with internal business client providing challenge, coaching and advice on people related matters and strategies, supporting organizational design in line with overall business needs
PROFILE
- Significant experience in a People/Culture role, focused on employee engagement and internal communication, for international companies
- Significant experience in Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition
- Experience in change management and project management
- Problem solving oriented, results driven, ability to see short term and long term effects of actions
- Strong motivation to manage HR Generalist issues
- Excellent in communication skills inspiring and engaging, leadership and company culture
- Bachelor Degree in a related discipline
- High proficiency in English and with computer skills
- Digital fluency
