Your Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Selling Supervisor, who will report to the Store Manager, Ala Moana boutique.
How you will contribute:
Sales
Reaches for and exceeds individual sales target and supports junior members of the team with sales techniques and coaching
Develop and maintain product knowledge. Support the team by working with junior members to increase their product knowledge.
Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
Be aware of daily sales targets and weigh performance against them. Use appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met. ·
Point of Sale
Keep an up to date knowledge of systems, including refund policies.
Guarantee all end of day procedures are followed.
Supervision & Leadership
Ensure that all procedures and policies are understood. Carry out work according to those standards.
Collaborates with management and makes suggestions on new approaches and ways of working
Able to coach others to success and be seen to set a performance example for others to aspire to achieve
Adhere to Security and Health and Safety regulations.
Open and close the store in line with Store Operations policy
Keep up to date with customer requirements and operating procedures.
Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business
Delegate daily duties to retail sales assistants in the absence of management.
Customer Service
Listen to and understand clients to build genuine, loyal trusted relationships. Utilize client database to understand how to grow and maintain client relationships.
Promote a customer-focused culture by leading by example, providing a professional, friendly and courteous service to all customers.
Handle customer complaints, provide assistance where necessary, and ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
Your Skills and Experience:
• Demonstrated leadership/supervisory skills
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact
• Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment
• Ability to initiate contact and communication
• Motivated by being a team player with a common goal
• Excellent communication skills
