As a Gucci Lead Client Advisor, you will assist the Store Director and Team Leader in the driving of sales results, training and supervision of Client Advisors, merchandise management and daily store operations. You will be a dynamic and inspiring leader who has a strong background in relationship building skills, with both external and internal clients. As a Lead Client Advisor, you will be a role model and represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador by promoting the Gucci Values and Amplifiers within the marketplace.
Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors on the selling floor to deliver the highest performance through a customer centric attitude and driving sales as a client advisor leader;
Partner with the Team Manager to support real time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals. You will assist in the development and growth within your team;
Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management to ensure brand initiatives are understood.
Act as a role model by providing an exceptional client service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as Gucci history and heritage;
Attract new clients by being a Brand Ambassador through networking within the community;
Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales.
Floor leadership duties; opening/closing the store, organizing coverage for the floor when associates are at lunch/taking a break;
Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with Gucci visual standards;
Support the daily operations of the store when management is not present;
First point of contact should a difficult client issue arise.
Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred;
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred;
Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results;
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
Industry awareness and strong business acumen;
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills;
Passion for the Fashion Industry;
Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Range – Washington
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington, GUCCI includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $15.74 USD to $18.54 USD.
Additional compensation to include:
Full-price Retail Commission - Base commission of 3% on net sales, and additional commissions as an individual may be eligible, all as governed by the commission plan then in-effect.
Eligible employees may also participate in an employee benefits program as well as an incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Paid Time Off (PTO) – The number of hours accrued each month varies based on the employee’s band*, their years of service within the Kering Group and Gucci, and their schedule classification (i.e. Full-Time, Part-Time, etc.), subject to occasional exceptions determined in the discretion of Company management. Full-time employees may begin their eligibility at 15 days with the potential to increase to 25 days due to tenure and banding. Part-time employees may begin their eligibility at 9 days with the potential to increase to 20 days due to tenure and work schedule.
Paid Sick and Safe Leave – Full time and part-time regular employees are granted 48 hours of paid sick/safe leave upon their hire date. These employees may accrue additional paid sick leave after working enough hours to have accrued the amount allocated up front (i.e., 48 hours). Temporary, seasonal, and fixed-term employees, including interns who are employed directly by the Company will begin accruing paid sick/safe leave upon their hire date, at a rate of 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum accrual cap of 72 hours.
Holidays – 6 days plus 1 floating holiday annually
