GUCCI Media Strategist

Role Mission The Media Strategist will support the media team in all aspects of native and influencer digital media programs and digital display plans with Legacy Partners. The role is responsible for the necessary deliverables to plan, execute, launch, analyze, optimize and reconcile these programs which build exposure and drive significant business to Gucci stores and on Gucci.com. The role reports to Senior Media Manager. Key Accountabilities Digital Media • Support Senior Media Manager with execution of the digital display campaigns with Legacy Partners by working closely with media agency to ensure all deadlines are met to launch campaigns in time; • Coordinate request for proposals (RFP) to media partners through media agency for native programs and directly with management for talent / influencer programs; • Organize, file, and distribute proposals for review; • Save and organize all relevant assets (Media Brief, Guidelines, Creative Assets etc.) sent by Gucci Worldwide to the department shared drive; • Coordinate the completion of the creative matrix for each campaign based on merchandising and local business priorities; • Work with media agency to track and test all links before campaigns launch; • Monitor and track creative rotation once a campaign launches online by regularly checking websites and by collecting screenshots; • Ensure agency provides collection of screenshots for all live digital media campaigns and compile a seasonal resource deck with visuals of all placements; • Work closely with the Gucci worldwide corporate image team to resolve any creative issues; • Liaise with product marketing, ecommerce and local merchandising teams to identify seasonal priorities and to confirm advertising creative selection. Native Programs and Influencers • Source, manage and organize all product sample requests for digital native programs coordinating with PR, Merchandising and warehouse for sample availability; • Source and vet new talents for influencer and native program activations, utilizing industry tools and partners; • Execute influencer and native programs, including managing samples and gifting activity and approval flow through worldwide team; • Compile recap reports and collect insights on all program activities post campaign; • Ensure brand engagement assistant has weekly activity for brand engagement calendar; • Coordinate weekly competitive report with Assistant Media Strategist.
