Role Mission

The Retail Training Project Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate training analytics and reporting; coordination, organization, and maintenance of training systems and learning programs. The Retail Training Project Specialist is responsible for generating weekly reporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining digital training systems and tools. This role will closely with our training partners in Milan and cross-functionally with the Client Engagement, GUCCI 9, Merchandising, Store Operations, Retail, Digital and Human Resources teams.

This role supports the broader Americas training community and the New York training office.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain and collate training analytics and reporting;
  • Support the importance of data processes, data integrity and the strategic application of data;
  • Build and refine dashboards to track performance;
  • Maintain and manage digital tools such as Retail Portal, EdApp, Training Follow-Up App;
  • Assist in supporting corporate communication to retail teams for training initiatives;
  • Support the coordination of local and WW training and development initiatives, as needed;
  • Support the brand and product induction for new hires via GUCCI U;
  • Support new and on-going training and leadership development initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
  • Minimum 4 years administrative or project management experience;
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required;
  • Self-directed in planning own work and work of teams;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Working knowledge of group and corporate dynamics and integrity;
  • Ability to work effectively and collaborate with all levels within an organization.
