Role Mission

The Senior Manager, Partnerships will be responsible for managing business activities and projects within the leased partner and department stores environment. The Senior Manager, Partnerships will report directly to the Vice President, Partnerships to support both physical leased store projects and related digital initiatives.  Other responsibilities include working cross-functionally and with key internal and external stakeholders to grow and develop the leased and partnerships channel.  The Senior Manager, Partnerships must be knowledgeable about the luxury sector dynamics, provide expertise on product performance and will be managing multiple projects at the same time.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the Vice President, Partnerships in defining and driving leased network strategic evolution;
  • Assess real estate opportunities within the current network within department stores in North America;
  • Define synergies with retail channel to leverage and improve wholesale/leased channel;
  • Ensure service and experience within wholesale, leased and partner environment are aligned with brand standards;
  • Develop brand standard auditing systems (i.e., visual trainings, checklists, etc.);
  • Maximize product offerings within the leased network in partnership with merchandising team;
  • Support the integration of omnichannel tools within the partnerships channel and define how to leverage the tools already available in our proprietary channels;
  • Manage tool implementation projects from end to end;
  • Support the Vice President, Partnerships in developing digital innovation with leased partners;
  • Implement e-concessions in partnership with the Vice President, Partnerships with Worldwide eTtailers;
  • Identify new opportunities within the current department store network;
  • Ensure key stakeholders around the table share the same goals and deliver each single step of the roadmap in a timely manner;
  • Support the Vice President, Partnerships in researching, identifying and implementing new business models for department stores online.

Key Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Merchandising or Business;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical role at a top-tier organization;
  • Must be strategic in identifying innovative ways to improve business operations;
  • Previous experience within a Luxury/Fashion Brand;
  • Knowledge of retail and merchandising are required;
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain lasting business relationships;
  • eCommerce experience a plus;
  • Strong Excel skills;
  • Strong presentation and Power Point skills;
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and handle several requests with multiple degrees of priority simultaneously;
  • Great attention to detail and capacity to thrive under pressure;
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and work ethic;
  • Experience working in a fast paced, very dynamic environment.
