MAIN MISSION：
Hospitality Assistant manager is the person who organize and oversee daily hospitality activities, operations, and adhering to a high level of customer service.
He/she will be responsible for coordinating activities and supporting people who belongs to boutique to reach their full potential.
He/she reports to Senior Boutique Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Operations team management (40%)
-People management of the Administration team
-Management of administration operations (including CS reception operations)
-Concierge and safe deposit box security management
2) Hospitality management (40%)
-Event Hall scheduling, maintenance, event planning, etc.
-Facilitation of actions to make the Ginza (and brand) VICs hospitable
-Maintenance support for Ginza branch (including facilities, equipment, security, etc.)
-Learning industry trends and training staff in hospitality know-how
3) Client service (10%)
-Complaint handling at the boutique (primary contact point)
4) Other Ad-hoc projects (10%)
-Lead various projects that arise within the boutique. (Contact person in charge at head office)
SKILLS REQUIRED:

-Hands-on experience in customer service of sales.
-Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices.
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

-Basic IT literacy for systems and applications or can be acquired in the short term
