ROLE MISSION

The mission is to develop learning solutions, implement, monitor and measure the impact on business and people performance, while promoting innovative learning strategies. This role will act as the first point of contact for all omni-channel training activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENT

  • Responsible for all training activities across the retail function in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Guam, India and Philippines
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders to assess training needs and to define training priorities for the region and markets
  • Consistently and effectively communicate the training impact and ROTI (Return on Training Investment) to stakeholders
  • Monthly review with stakeholders to ensure priorities and needs are being met
  • Work closely with retail for improvement of activities or implementations
  • Lead development projects for key retail management staff

CONSULTANT

  • Be the Training consultant and partner for all heads of markets and cross function stakeholders
  • Provide effective recommendations and solutions to meet Business Training needs

DEPLOYMENT

  • Collaborate with Retail Leaders, Global Retail Academy and Store Trainers to create effective deployment plans
  • Facilitate learning and coaching sessions in store, classroom, and special events (up to 50% of time)

PERFORMANCE

  • Manage the budget and measure the ROTI for training activities
  • Monitor the Training KPIs according to the global framework (NPS, Retention, Behaviours, ROTI)
  • Monitor & Analyse Business KPIs in order to identify learning solutions to impact sales
  • Perform post training follow up and continuously monitor training needs of the sales team.

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Be the voice of the Retail Academy
  • Develop and execute communication strategies tied to the Business Training projects
  • Be a Change Management leader for all Business Training processes and Retail evolution

PROJECT DELIVERY

  • Manage and conduct training programs covering a full spectrum of products & services, processes, and sales and customer service training
  • Adapt and implement the corporate training guidelines and programs and ensure that all training materials are relevant to the local context
  • To assist in identifying and prioritizing training needs aligned to the Brand identity, Company requirements and mystery shopping program
  • Handle training calendars for all markets, measure, and track results from all training programs
  • All other ad-hoc activities relating to training and development

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in delivering training across the luxury fashion or retail industry
  • Meticulous with excellent interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills.
  • Strong Retail Business Orientation
  • Highly competent in MS Office applications and analytics
  • Resourceful, results oriented and has strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry
  • Driving the Humanocracy goal where everyone is inspired to give their best
  • Self-motived and committed with an ability to influence team members to be successful
  • A team member and a team manager
  • Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Travelling is required
