Job Family Group Description - Human Resources: Includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, such as talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR administration in alignment with our company’s strategy, practice and objectives. Job Family Description -HR Business Partner: Performs a wide range of Human Resources activities and supervision. Provides specialised advice and assistance to business unit management regarding complex HR issues.

1. Support for line managers to drive business results through people & organization capability

2. Able to provide function heads with value-added HR advice and support in their people management;

3. Translate business needs into HR requirements and evaluation services delivered to the business

4. Ensure consistency and compliance of HR practices within whole Gucci office employees;

5. Influence the business agenda with regards to talent implications, such as talent review, succession planning, talent development.

6. Coach and counsel business management on issues of personal effectiveness, leadership, individual & team performance

7. Recruit the right person for the right job at the right time in an efficient and cost-effective way;

8. Advise on critical employee relations issues and manage risk effectively

9. Maintain effective communication channels to enable management hear the voice of front-line employees;

10. Manage successfully employee relations issues

11. Work closely with other HR on various projects and initiatives
