KERING EYEWEAR Sales Admin Officer

Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Market, the incumbent is responsible for full spectrum of Administration and Sales operations.

How you will contribute

Administration Support

• Act as receptionist by greeting, welcoming and directing guests and colleagues
• Arrange postage and courier, maintaining office and pantry supplies
• Liaise with building management, cleaners, vendors, IT team
• Support sales and marketing to organise events and on buying days
• Update and file customers retails agreements based on sales instructions

Sales / Business Support

• Samples management
• Sales team support during buying days in showroom (and outstation if needed)
• Liaise with forwarders and warehouse to ensure shipments deliver to Singapore and Distributor
• Manage stock take and all the documentation necessary for handling
• Manage third party warehouse, sample inventory and transportation arrangement
• Liaise with forwarders and warehouse to ensure shipments deliver to Singapore and Distributor
• Showroom maintenance

Who you are

• Bachelor Degree or above Business Administration or equivalent;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Good Computer skills, preferred with predominant Excel skill;
• Logistics and SAP experience (i.e. MB51, order management, etc.) is an advantage but not strictly necessary
• Able to work independently;
• Strong sense of responsibility, maturity and teamwork.
