Your opportunity

Kering Technologies is looking for an assistant manager with project management experience to join the Kering Technologies North Asia consumer engagement team.

The role will be focusing on not only working with brands in South Korea to understand their needs, but also to play a pro-active role to inspire brands with innovations and ideas that can be adopted.

Background on working with digital IT related projects is a must, preferable relating to website and app development.  Furthermore, knowledge of KakaoTalk services and local Korean consumer engagement services and tools will be beneficial.

Although the role will mainly focus on Korean projects, the role may also support projects and initiatives in Japan.

The position is based in Seoul, South Korea.

How you will contribute

  • Become the first point of contact for consumer and digital technology needs for our brands in Korea

  • Understanding business needs and being able to translate this into understandable, actionable requirements

  • Research and work with new partners in order to identify potential new solutions to cater for business needs

  • Execution and delivery of projects from ideation to delivery and support.

  • Strong interaction and collaboration with colleagues from Kering APAC and HQ

  • Work with and manage external vendors

  • Support the running of existing technologies

Who you are

  • 3 years experience in digital technology in Korea (e.g. ecommerce, web application development, CRM, marketing automation, data analytics).

  • 2 years experience in business analysis/project management, with experience in agile methodologies

  • Knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud) would be advantageous

  • Experience of using collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence

  • Have a keen interesting in emerging and developing technologies, particularly in the Korean market

  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements

  • Experience working with multiple business and technology stakeholders across multiple countries

  • Fluency in English and Korean, both written and spoken.
