We are currently seeking a Regional Senior Executive for Diversity & Inclusion Team to join our Hong Kong office.

Your opportunity

Report to the Regional Manager - Diversity and Inclusion, this role is to support the launch and promote employee engagement related campaigns to corporate office as well as various brands within the region.

How you will contribute

  • Assist to raise D&I awareness among Kering Corporate employees within the region
  • Work with stakeholders to drive D&I initiatives and change outcomes
  • Research external sources and identify the best practice programs and initiatives
  • Collect local market requirements on employee engagement/ experience activities and design annual regional roadmap
  • Support the launch and follow-up of HQ global campaigns to enhance employee experience and internal communication
  • Support the planning and logistics of engagement activities across the region
  • Develop promotional materials for engagement activities and internal communications
  • Coordinate the translation of global materials for the local market
  • Support ad-hoc assignments of D&I and engagement programs across the region

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Proven experience in project management, organizational, analytical, problem solving and analytical problem solving
  • Keen to learn, self-initiative with positive mind-set
  • Detail-mined with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate about driving positive change through diversity & inclusion in the workplace
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, including Mandarin
  • Good at MS Office especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficient in social media platforms
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
