Alexander McQueen is in search of a PA to support both the Chief Financial Officer and the Strategic Projects and Transformation Director. Establishing effective relationships with external parties and internal stakeholders of various levels. The PA will need to be flexible and highly adaptable in order to meet the evolving requirements of the business.

How you will contribute:

  • Act as the primary liaison and first point of contact for all queries and telephone calls, prioritising queries as appropriate

  • Dealing with confidential correspondence and information relating to key strategic projects

  • Extensive diary management: appropriately prioritising and scheduling internal & external meetings/ conference calls across time zones, proactively gathering any required materials ahead of trips

  • Preparing formal communications for both internal and external stakeholders when required

  • The ability to identify the importance and urgency of work and its alignment with and raise issues where required – following up with stakeholders without being prompted

  • Proof reading when required, basic revisions within MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word documents.

  • Organising travel when required - flights, accommodation, visas, transportation, transfers, currency, restaurants, meetings & calls, together with compiling the required materials for business trips in advance

  • Monitoring annual leave and the whereabouts of direct reports

  • Maintaining an up-to-date filing system and support in organising mail-outs/ distribution of materials as required

Your skills & experience:

  • Autonomous working style

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels (face to face, by email and telephone)

  • Proactive, with an ability to effectively manage expectations and manage openly

  • Strong emotional intelligence, professional, diligent, and trustworthy, and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Punctual, professional, and trustworthy acting with a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times due to sensitive nature of materials

  • Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
