BALENCIAGA- Omnichannel Fashion Client Service Advisor (W/M)

Your opportunity

You combine a Fashion and/or client-oriented background and a passion for Luxury and Digital?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our new, dynamic, and growing team, based in BALENCIAGA headquarters !

How you will contribute

• Advice clients with a sharp fashion & luxury expertise ;

• Ensure the best Omnichannel sales experience to clients ;

• Maximize the sales performance of the EMEA region ;

• Recruit, retain & develop clients through marketing campaigns (phone, chat, email).

Your role

• Be a Brand ambassador and a Fashion expert ;

• Give tailor-made advice, meeting clients’ expectations and answering requests; 

• Spread awareness by activating clients, according to marketing campaigns, product launches and in-house newness ;

• Ensure the best conversion rate ;

• Support clients all along their journey, following the Retail Excellence guidelines and using Omnichannel tools ;

• Partner with the other teams within the company (retail, e-commerce, merchandising, retail operations) ;

• Achieve targets, both quantitative and qualitative KPIs.

Who you are

• Product sensitivity and market and fashion trends knowledge ;

• Excellent personal skills as well as spoken and written language ;

• Fluent in at least two languages, with English and Italian as a must;

• Proactive mindset, business oriented, problem solver and solution driven ;

• Self-motivated, multi-tasking and team-spirit ;

•  Strong proficiency across multi-level communication channels (phone, email, short messages…) and digital tools.
