We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager Operations as part of our dynamic team in Marne La Vallée Outlet Store.
Your opportunity:
Manage and supervise all the back-office functions connected with products, stock and payment procedures
Guarantee a correctly-run warehouse, creating and putting into practice efficient goods storage systems.
Finds the right balance between urgency of business dynamics and proper planning of activities.
Support the achievement of the Store/Individual Sales Target
Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department (category) in line with company strategy
Mentor, motivate and retain the staff in store, building teamwork
Monitor and supervising the inventory and the activity of the Stock Associate (s) in order to avoid losses.
Stock Management to ensure availability of merchandise and services
Manage store image and store operations in respect with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures
Collaborate with the Facilities office to supervise all the possible maintenance and cleaning operations
Guarantee adequate boutique operation in terms of structure, taking care of all the details that allow the team members to carry out their job efficiently. Contact and manage non-merchandise supply (stationery, uniforms, packaging, drinks, etc.)
Supervise payment procedures
Contribute to deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards
Manage the administration activities such as petty cash and daily or weekly deposits with the bank (when applicable).
Who you are
Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to adapt, strong results orientation
Proven experience of about 1/2 years in managerial role
Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams
Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team
Strong communication skills and team-player mentality
Strong Analytical skills
Excellent organization skills
Fluent in French and in English
