BOTTEGA VENETA Assistant Store Manager Operations

We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager Operations as part of our dynamic team in Marne La Vallée Outlet Store.

Your opportunity:

• Manage and supervise all the back-office functions connected with products, stock and payment procedures

• Guarantee a correctly-run warehouse, creating and putting into practice efficient goods storage systems.

• Finds the right balance between urgency of business dynamics and proper planning of activities.

• Support the achievement of the Store/Individual Sales Target

• Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department (category) in line with company strategy

• Mentor, motivate and retain the staff in store, building teamwork

• Monitor and supervising the inventory and the activity of the Stock Associate (s) in order to avoid losses.

• Stock Management to ensure availability of merchandise and services

• Manage store image and store operations in respect with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures

• Collaborate with the Facilities office to supervise all the possible maintenance and cleaning operations

• Guarantee adequate boutique operation in terms of structure, taking care of all the details that allow the team members to carry out their job efficiently. Contact and manage non-merchandise supply (stationery, uniforms, packaging, drinks, etc.)

• Supervise payment procedures

• Contribute to deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards

• Manage the administration activities such as petty cash and daily or weekly deposits with the bank (when applicable).

Who you are

• Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to adapt, strong results orientation

• Proven experience of about 1/2 years in managerial role

• Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams

• Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team

• Strong communication skills and team-player mentality

• Strong Analytical skills

• Excellent organization skills

• Fluent in French and in English
