BOTTEGA VENETA Eyewear Licensing Manager

We are currently seeking an Eyewear Licensing Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
- Participation in meetings with the Creative Department and Licensee for the Collection development
- Definition together with the Licensee, Licensing Director and Creative Department of the collection structure and the merchandising strategy
- Overseeing the collection development process from the creative brief to the development of the final product
- Coordination of the internal codification process and definition of pricing and positioning of the collections in accordance with the Licensee and the Licensing Director
- Support in Collection presentations during Bottega Veneta sales campaign
- Coordination with Bottega Veneta Retail Merchandising of reference to support the master order definition
- Coordination with Bottega Veneta Collection Merchandising team to support the collection editing process
- Work in partnership with Wholesale department to support category marketing and sales
- Coordination with the Marketing, Image and Communication departments to ensure the correct execution of the category's marketing and communication strategies
- Carry out product training activities for the sales campaign and support the retail Training department
- Participation in the presentation of the Licensee's marketing plan
- Support in the definition of activities and tools of communication and selection of products (samples) for advertising campaign images in coordination with the licensee and Image teams
- Licensee support in managing special requests (special windows or events) and incentive program
- Category performance analysis
- Spot-check of the licensee's distribution network to ensure respect of brand’s image and positioning
- Coordination with Legal Office to support on contractual topics
- Coordination with Administration and Finance departments to support on royalty related topics
- Support to the Licensing Director for business plan analysis and possible contractual negotiations
- Support to the Licensing Director for business development activities
Who you are:
- Master's degree in Economics
- 5-7 years' experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Analytical profile
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to be able to work with a variety of departments such as Design, Communication, Merchandising and Finance
- Demonstrate passion about the category internally and with the stakeholders
- Good use of the Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good in teamwork
