We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:

  • Identify and deliver HR strategies to support the functions based in Milan (Merchandising, Marketing, E- Commerce, Retail Excellence, Licencing, Finance, Legal and Operations) with the responsibility for all HR activities and the end-to-end employee lifecycle
  • Develop strong and trusted partnerships with internal clients providing advice on people-related matters and strategies, supporting organizational design in line with overall business needs
  • Define the recruitment strategy to hire the best talents fitting with Bottega Veneta. Identify the recruitment needs and lead the recruitment process ensuring an engaging and positive experience during the onboarding process for all new employees
  • Promote employer branding initiatives with key international business and fashion schools 
  • Support the senior management to run the yearly performance review, understanding the skill gaps and training needs to create relevant development plans
  • Lead talent review discussions to identify key talents, plan their development across Bottega Veneta and Kering, and prepare succession plans
  • Ensure the compensation and benefits strategy is competitive in order to attract and retain the best talents. Lead the annual salary review
  • Owner of budget and forecasting of personnel cost process. Responsible for analysing and monitoring personnel costs and headcount on a monthly basis
  • Responsible for implementing HR initiatives to promote an international, engaging and inclusive workplace culture
  • Manage disciplinary process and legal matters
  • Manage a team of two people

Who you are:

  • 8-10 Years of Human Resources experience in the fashion and/or luxury industry
  • BA/MA in Humanities, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology
  • Fluent in English, Italian is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and follow through skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly complex work environment
  • Ability to influence and make it happens
  • Time sensitive, accurate, highly dependable and autonomous
  • Interest and motivation to work in a creative environment
