BOTTEGA VENETA LG Purchasing Specialist

We are currently looking for a Purchasing Specialist within Leather Goods Operations area who will join our dynamic team based in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza).

How you will contribute:

• Gestire gli ordini e le commesse di lavoro legati al mondo materie prime, principalmente pelle;
• Analizzare i fabbisogni di materiali attraverso l’utilizzo ed il monitoraggio dell’MRP o tramite la creazione di dettagliate analisi da file previsionali;
• Seguire le attività di sollecito ai vari fornitori schedulando le consegne in modo puntuale;
• Collaborare con l’ufficio pianificazione al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di consegna del prodotto finito;
• Interfacciarsi, nell’ottica della condivisione di informazioni, con vari dipartimenti aziendali, quali: ufficio ricerca materiali, ufficio test e misurazioni, ufficio fasi intermedie ed il team controllo qualità.

Who you are:

• Laurea in Scienze Economiche, Statistiche e/o in Ingegneria Gestionale;
• Esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo di 3-5 anni maturata in aziende del settore luxury e fashion;
• Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
• Approfondita conoscenza del pacchetto Office (principalmente di Excel) e del gestionale AS 400;
• Buone doti relazionali e comunicative e predisposizione al team working;
• Flessibilità ed attitudine al problem solving;
• Disponibilità a svolgere trasferte presso i fornitori.
