EMEA Wholesale Intern
Bottega Veneta - Student (Fixed Term) (Trainee)

We are currently seeking an EMEA Wholesale Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute?
- Supporting day-to-day back office activities according to the Area Manager guidelines
- Assisting wholesale customers on daily activities: delivery, swaps, reorders, returns and repairs etc. according to the Area Manager and Customer Service directives
- Support in managing the analytical data (Sell-through/Stock on Hand/MTD/YTD) for all assigned customers
- Supporting website asset management and follow up with customers, including online monitoring. Ensuring compliance with company guidelines, correct alignment with competitors and good use of brand image
- Preparing and providing all the needed material for business travel/ follow up
- Cooperating with the Area Manager in organizing product training for the wholesale channel
SALES CAMPAIGNS:
- Supporting the management/organization of appointments
- Arranging of necessary material during the sales campaign (budget, sell-through data, merchandising reports)
- Day-to-day activities of sales campaigns
Who you are?
- Successful or ongoing studies in Business Management or Business Administration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point
- Good Knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience as Back office intern or similar within the wholesale channel will be a plus
- Passion for fashion
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and organizational mindset
- Team worker
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Strong professional ethics, high level of energy, and attention to detail
