Your opportunity


You will join our Sales team by taking responsibility for the Wholesale, Hospitality and Fragrances channels and you will be responsible for taking care and expanding the current customer portfolio by actively looking for new clients.

How you will contribute

  • Analyse the Wholesale, Hospitality and perfumeries markets and propose plans for the development or improvement of the distribution of products in line with Ginori strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Manage sales in the Italian market
  • Develop partnerships and marketing plans with leading customers, including digital tools approach
  • Propose a strategy to achieve growth and profitability objectives on the client portfolio and develop sales ensuring the achievement of the target market share
  • Provide an annual sales plan and quarterly updates and revisions
  • Strive for finding win-win solutions for Customer and Ginori and take every opportunity to increase profitability on the account
  • Build Sales Budgets for each sales channel and constantly monitor to achieve the objectives
  • Define the Sales Policy in accordance with our Global Sales Strategy and our Brand Image
  • Motivate and manage a network of more than 20 Sales Agents all over Italy, developing a modern and digital approach of the customer network


Who you are

  • A graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Business Engineering or equivalent
  • With at least 7/8 years of experience working in a luxury retail business or similar
  • Highly proactive and passionate in Home & Interior Design
  • An autonomous individual, able to prioritize and deliver results
  • An energetic and outgoing individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative individual able to build and manage relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • Digital skills to develop omnichannel and offline business
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiating skills for both external and internal stakeholders
  • A team player with a positive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc)
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Other languages will be considered a plus
  • Open to frequent transfers and travels
