ROLE MISSION
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Partner Marketing team, within Global Brand & Customer Engagement department (MarComms). The candidate will report directly into the Partner Marketing Senior Manager to:
- ensure Gucci’s luxury positioning
- actively contribute to protecting and elevating the brand
- provide valuable insights to Gucci’s Partner Marketing campaigns at a worldwide level.
As Monitoring Coordinator, you will mainly focus on digital activations by scanning the internet, controlling Partners’ Gucci-related communication, tracking evidence and allowing adequate follow-up actions to correct such communication, if needed, and avoid negative impacts on the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Provide directions for Partners to design and implement the most appropriate marketing and communications activities at a Worldwide level, with focus on EU, US, China
- Ensure that Partners’ organic marketing activities of the brand are aligned with the Brand’s strategy, guidelines and product calendar
- Track evidence and allow adequate follow-up actions to prevent negative impacts on the brand image and positioning
- Monitor partners’ organic channels (social, website, etc) and Paid Media activations such as social media, SEM, display, Affiliates, programmatic, etc.
- Create periodical reports to notify breaches to partners
- Plan, coordinate and execute follow-up meetings and coordination with legal
- Activate Escalation process according to company guidelines
- Create monthly reports to inform top management about monitoring evidences, recurring breaches and partners’ “branding” behavior
- Update guidelines according to monitoring evidence, when needed

PROFESSIONAL
- At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing & Communication
- Understanding of luxury / fashion industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Capable of performing under pressure and guaranteeing qualitative outcomes delivery
- Fully informed on market trends
- Good understanding of the full picture guaranteeing attention to details
- Very good knowledge of English language – both written and spoken
- Excellent computer skills and very good knowledge of MS Office applications - Excel and PowerPoint in particular
