KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
EVENTS
- Lead the development and implementation of clients’ events strategy across all regions and track the performance to ensure high level of execution and positive return on investment
- This role will oversee event conception and production, liaising with Client Experience Factory, Image, Product Marketing, Analytics counterparts
- Oversee the event calendar and ensure its constant update, provide event guideline guaranteeing the regional alignment to the brand codes and image
- Share key takeaways both on qualitative and quantitative results from post event reports and always challenging to improve the event format and client experience
- Collect feedback and best practices on clienteling events, private client activities and share with Corporate and Regions.
GIFTING
- Contribute to the definition of the gifting strategy and its KPIs, coordinate and support regions in the consolidation of their orders
- Elaborate and improve the gifting catalogue for each client profile and key moments, working closely with Image, Design and Client Factory teams
- Monitor and structure the gifting offer to ensure constant improvement of the client experience and target achievement
- Ensure successful regional implementation and usage of the gifts as per the guideline provided
- Guarantee the high level of execution when it comes to regional production/sourcing of gifts
- Follow up on gift delivery and budget
CLIENTELING
- Develop dedicated clienteling tools and other engagement opportunities for our clients, support the implementation across regions aiming at increasing customer retention and average spending
- Partner with local Client Engagement teams in identifying needs and clienteling opportunities and in implementing them
- Ad hoc support for global clienteling topics
- Competitors and best practices’ screening and benchmarking
PROFILE:
- Around 2/3 years’ working experience preferable in marketing or retail. Nice to have an omnichannel client knowledge
- Deep interest and understanding of customer experience and luxury codes
- Experience in the luxury/fashion business
- Experience in collaborating with Retail teams
- Organization, attention to details and team player skills
- “Can do” attitude, open minded and creative spirit
- Excellent communication and time management skills,
- Fluent in both oral & written English
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
