Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Credit Specialist who will be part of our Finance department in Padova, Head Office.
How you will contribute
Performing credit risk assessment, setting up the payment terms and customer exposure condition
Timely collecting all credits belonging to the assigned Sales Channels
Negotiating re-payment plans
Resolving queries on outstanding invoices, both internally and externally
Posting and allocating daily payments
Providing account information to Sales Team, supporting them in solving critical credit issues if necessary
Monitoring periodic credit reviews
Developing the credit control in collaboration with Sales, Sales Support and Customer Service
Guaranteeing the correct application of Group Credit Policy
Managing the SAP credit management (customer credit limit definition, block order management)
Who you are
University Degree in Accounting/Financial disciplines
At least 2/3 years of experience in credit management
Proficiency in English
Strong experience with credit scoring system and credit insurance is preferred
SAP knowledge is a plus
Excellent knowledge of tools related to credit collection and credit-related laws knowledge
Excellent standing and display capacities
Teamworking
Capability to handle potential uncomfortable conversations
Good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel in particular)
Curiosity, proactivity and excellent sense of entrepreneurship
