We are currently seeking a Kering Group HR Controlling Analyst to join our HR Controlling team.

Your opportunity:

The Kering Group HR Controlling department

  • Organizes actual & forecast personnel cost production process

  • Provides the tools, processes & standards to supports brands HR controlling dept worldwide

You will work under the Head of Group HR Controlling

This position involves working on operational tasks especially to support brands during the monthly actual cost closing process & forecast process. There is no personnel cost analysis at Group level as the personnel cost analysis is performed by the brands. The position involves working in close relationship with HRIS and IT teams.

This is an interesting & challenging moment to join Group HR Controlling as this department is evolving, bringing opportunities to work on additional topics (HR controlling tool, processes improvement…).

How you will contribute:

HR Controlling monthly closing & biyearly forecast

  • Drive the HR Controlling monthly actual closing from Workday & payroll tools to the HR controlling tool

  • Drive the HR Controlling Forecast/Budget process

  • Support master data update: prepare Excel files to update data in the Group HR tools, share them to HRIS, check data have been updated properly

HR Controlling center of excellence

  • Business knowledge & methodology support: high level business support, HR Controlling training, documentation update, communication to the worldwide HR Controlling community

  • Maintain/update standards in connection with Core HR & finance team (inc. personnel cost accounts definition)

HR Controlling tools evolution

  • Secure HR controlling tool consistency & data quality

  • Improve Finance / HR Master data alignment

  • Support business evolutions of the HR controlling tools: business needs definition & test, project follow-up (roadmap, action plan via weekly project committee)

Kering Group reporting

  • Support dashboard implementation for the brands

Who you are/What you bring:

  • Comfortable working in English to lead meetings and writing emails/documentation

  • Comfortable working with IT teams

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving mindset

  • A continuous improvement mindset

  • Organized, detail and deadline-oriented

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint

  • Good knowledge in payroll & accounting principles and HR Controlling

  • Basic knowledge of Power BI and/or PowerQuery
