Your opportunity
You will support the Group Supply Chain and Logistics CFO in the monitoring of cost and KPIS warehouse-related and ensure that warehouse processes are compliant with applicable certifications.
How you will contribute
Monitor warehouse cost, including non-standard activities and value-added services, and analysis of related recharges to the brands
Monitor monthly consumption reports and analyze packaging KPIs, liaising with procurement department
Monitor the respect of the agreed service level for warehousing activities as well as the asset usage and maintenance performed by the logistic partners
Analyze warehouse data relevant for monitoring of Sustainability KPIs
Act as reference point for Regulated Agent and Known Consignor certification activities, monitoring warehouse process compliance and ensuring related training delivery
Who you are
You have a high school diploma, a degree will be considered as a plus
A previous experience on Warehouse Management System or industrial process analysis and reporting would be a plus
You are knowledgeable about logistic processes and warehouse operational procedures
You are a professional with strong analytical skills and high attention to details
You are a positive team player that can communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
You are an expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. The working knowledge of AS400 is preferred
You are fluent in Italian with a good command of English, both written and spoken
