Your opportunity
Within the Business Planning team, the Worldwide Logistics Performance Controller will be dedicated to the structured and timely monitoring of relevant costs and performance indicators that will trigger the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives.
How you will contribute
Support the Group Integrated Logistics Management in cost and performance management by means of solid data analytics framework
Facilitate the strategic decision-making process by means of quantitative and up to date information
Analyse and benchmark Variable and Fixed OPEX generated by the Logistics sites and related Provider
Assyst the definition of incremental / structural interventions defining the level of investment (CAPEX), the related time phasing and returns
Analyse and monitor Group Operations’ Logistics structures performance and associated costs on a regular basis
Take part to the Budget and Forecast process with a focus on Logistics processes and related CAPEX and OPEX
Assist the Finance Department in the Cost Controlling activity, Reconciliation and gap analysis
Collaborate with the Finance Department in the Recharge Process to the brands Support assisting on costs generated by Logistics processes and related drivers
Promote the Continuous Improvement culture by reviewing key performance indicators on strategic processes both on process execution and results, and identifying bottlenecks and root cause analysis where actual data are not in line with expected performances
Support the definition of Service level agreement with Brands (service fees and performances) and their related verification
Who you are
A high school graduate, a university degree in Finance or Management Engineering would be a plus
A professional with relevant former experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment
Expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. The working knowledge of PowerBI would be a plus
A detail-oriented person able to set priorities, work independently and effectively manage own time
A determined individual capable to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, while maintaining a proactive approach
An analytical person with solid methodological skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
A curious team player who is flexible, adaptable, and reliable
Fluent in Italian and in English, both oral and written
