ROLE :
Within the E-Business team and reporting to the WW Omnichanel & E-Business Operations Manager, your role will consist of managing and developing the global e-commerce performance and operations and ensure a smooth experience (deliveries, returns) for our ysl.com clients.
MISSION :
Ensure conformity/validity of ysl.com orders
Oversee the preparation and shipment of ysl.com orders within SLAs and quality guidelines
Manage e-commerce operations and ensure internal and external coordination within the company
Manage orders backlog
Oversee the management of shipments and returns within Saint Laurent guidelines
Set up operational forecasts to ensure a smooth resources allocation strategy
Track daily performance KPIs and develop the operational reporting to monitor the ysl.com business
Ensure a smooth performance of the e-commerce back-office tools and processes
Analyze and prioritize key user feedback for development and manage the roadmap for all operational enhancements
Manage the resolution of issues with internal and external parties
Ensure the adoption and communication on new functionalities with the key end users
Improve best practices and e-commerce guidelines for Customer Services and external partners
Ensure the communication with supply chain, warehouses and client services for any projects or changes with an impact on the e-commerce supply chain (deliveries, services, prices, product launches, etc)
Management of 1 intern
PROFILE :
A completed master’s degree (university, Business School, Engineer School), specialized in Supply Chain or E-Business.
3 to 5 years’ experience in e-commerce. Understanding of Marketplaces universe is a plus.
Passionate about Luxury industry
Good understanding about the main operations tools (OMS – Order Management System, TMS – Transport Management System, WMS – Warehouse Management System)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
Fluent in French and English
Full Pack Office Skills (Excel, Powerpoint,…)
Used to work on an Order Management system is a real plus.
CDD of 4 months to meet in February 2023.
