We are looking for Client Advisors to join our team in Amsterdam De Bijenkorf on a full time basis (38 hours).

Your role is about offering every customer a unique experience and turning their dreams into a Gucci creation. You will make a real difference for each of our clients.
Key accountabilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Effectively use cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities, combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best in class service making the client feel valued from the moment they enter the store
- Develop local and international client base and seeks to recruit and develop top clients
Key Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch mandatory, any additional languages would be a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced fashion/luxury brand
- Track record in building relationships with clients and achieving sales targets
- Passion for and sound knowledge about Gucci and luxury fashion
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends as needed
