Your opportunity

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Sample Warehouse Specialist to manage and coordinate the shipment of press packages in alignment with global events. This role is essential to ensure timely and accurate delivery and return of materials, while maintaining meticulous records and compliance with international shipping regulations.

How you will contribute

• Coordinate and manage the shipment of press packages worldwide, aligned with the global events calendar.
• Prepare all necessary shipping documentation, including pro forma invoices and customs declarations.
• Oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
• Manage the return process of shipped items, including cataloging and archiving both physically and digitally.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using internal management systems and databases.
• Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with customs and commercial regulations for international shipments.

Who you are

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination, preferably in a fashion or luxury.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Solid understanding of customs regulations and commercial documentation (pro forma invoices, commercial invoices).
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
