KERING Sustainability Innovation Project Manager (alternance)

Your opportunity 

In the Sustainability department of the Kering Group, you will evolve within the Programs team with the Head of Sustainable Innovation and will deal with programs and events related to sustainable innovation within Kering, participating concretely in the "create" pillar of the Group's strategy towards a more sustainable and responsible Luxury. 

How you will contribute 

Projects Management: 

Follow the development programs with the innovators 

Manage retro-planning of events and programs related to sustainable innovation, 

Manage the follow-up of key phases and relations with stakeholders in France and internationally, 

Organization of the project itself on a case-by-case basis, 

Permanent liaison with the sustainable communication department, 

REX of events and areas for improvement. 

Global monitoring:  

Reading reports or publications related to sustainable innovation internationally, participating in conferences and trade fairs, 

Writing of summary notes, 

Preparation and consolidation of internal data on sustainable innovation. 

Internal activities : 

Participation in all internal events of the Sustainable Development Department and the Programs team, 

Must be able to respond to ad-hoc requests from other members of the Programs team, 

Who are you

Master's 2 level, generalist or specific to sustainable development , 

Appetite for sustainability and innovation,  

Openness to the international market  

Fluent spoken and written English, 

Previous experience in the world of luxury or fashion is a plus. 

Mastery of the office pack is required 

Excellent knowledge of Powerpoint 

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time 

Hands-on and management of the priorities 

Autonomy and initiative, curiosity 

Good communication skills 

Pro-activity, focused on continuous improvement 

Analytical Skills

Au sein du département Durabilité du Groupe Kering, vous évoluerez au sein de l'équipe Programmes avec le Responsable de l'Innovation Durable et vous vous occuperez des programmes et événements liés à l'innovation durable au sein de Kering, participant concrètement au pilier "créer" de la stratégie du Groupe vers un Luxe plus durable et responsable.

Comment vous allez contribuer

Gestion de projets :

Suivre les programmes de développement avec les innovateurs

Gérer le rétro-planning des événements et programmes liés à l'innovation durable

Gérer le suivi des phases clés et les relations avec les parties prenantes en France et à l'international

Organisation du projet lui-même au cas par cas

Liaison permanente avec le département communication durable

REX des événements et axes d'amélioration

Suivi global :

Lecture de rapports ou publications liés à l'innovation durable à l'international, participation à des conférences et salons

Rédaction de notes de synthèse

Préparation et consolidation des données internes sur l'innovation durable

Activités internes :

Participation à tous les événements internes du Département Développement Durable et de l'équipe Programmes

Capacité à répondre aux demandes ponctuelles des autres membres de l'équipe Programmes

Qui êtes-vous

Niveau Master 2, généraliste ou spécifique au développement durable. Appétence pour la durabilité et l'innovation Ouverture au marché international.

Anglais courant parlé et écrit.

Une expérience préalable dans le monde du luxe ou de la mode est un plus.

Maîtrise du pack office requise Excellente connaissance de PowerPoint Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en même temps Pratique et gestion des priorités

Autonomie et initiative, curiosité Bonnes compétences en communication Proactivité, axé sur l'amélioration continue Compétences analytiques
