    Position Name: Benefits Partner F/H

    Position Description: As a Benefits Partner, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs within our organization. Your role will involve researching, analyzing, and evaluating various benefit options, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing support to employees regarding benefits-related inquiries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and external vendors, to design, implement, and communicate comprehensive and competitive benefits packages that meet the needs of our employees.

    Your main missions would be as follows:

    Benefits Audit & Development:

    • Conduct regular audits of our benefit plans to ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of our offer
    • Collaborate with benefits plan vendors, broker and third-party administrators & frequently monitor their performance and service levels
    • Prepare reports and presentations on benefits utilization, costs, and trends for management team and stakeholders
    • Make recommendations for benefit plan enhancements or modifications based on data analysis and employee feedbacks
    • Keep abreast of emerging market trend

    Benefits Administration & Communication:

    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, disability programs, and wellness initiatives. Administer gifts policies
    • Develop and deliver benefits-related communication materials to ensure understanding and utilization of available benefits
    • Collaborate with HR and communications teams to promote employee engagement in wellness programs and initiatives
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits programs, eligibility, claims, and other related matters.
    • Partners with HRIS administration team in completing benefits administrative tasks ensuring proper processes are in place and are administered accurately

    International Mobility Coordination:

    • In partnership with local teams, coordinate all aspects of international assignments, including assignment agreements, visa and work permit applications, and compliance with immigration regulations
    • Administer mandatory enrollments to administration and external benefits providers
    • Assist on the development of international assignments policies and advise on the best practices (e.g., short term assignments, work from anywhere, expatriation vs local contract, etc.)

    Your Profile:

    • Master’s degree in Compensation & Benefits, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Proven experience of 2 to 3 years as a C&B Analyst, International Mobility Coordinator, Payroll Officer, or related role with a strong understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations
    • Familiarity with benefit plan design, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness programs.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain benefits concepts to employees at all levels.
    • Advanced proficiency on the Microsoft suite. Workday a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Fluent in English
