Your Opportunity
You will act as a subject matter expert for position management and organizational structure management, to guarantee the correct definition of organizational processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency; you will ensure data integrity, while overseeing HR security guidelines for consistent data access practices.
How you will contribute
Contribute to design and implement organizational development initiatives, in collaboration with stakeholders across the HR organization
Act as a project manager for the HR Master Data Management Project
Support HR Domain Owners in the definition and application of guidelines and processes around data management
Drive the adoption of data management best practices and processes, ensuring data are consumed from authorized sources
Ensure HR data quality problems and concerns are detected, analysed, managed, and eventually escalated to the Group Head of HR Organization, People Data & Analytics, collaborating with the relevant stakeholders, for ensuring promptly issue data resolution
Act as subject matter expert for HR Security, overseeing the application of the HR Security guidelines and processes for consistent data access practices and ensuring training resources are available and up-to-date
Who you are
You have a degree or master degree in HR, Economics, Organization Development or related fields
You have competency in organization development department
You are knowledgeable about HR policies and processes
You have excellent data analysis skills and digital attitude
You are familiar with IT tools
You have good communication skills
You are fluent in spoken and written English
