Our Mission

We are looking at a Image Production Assistant to join our dynamic Brand Image team based in Milan. He/She will play a crucial role in supporting the back-office activities of the image production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the luxury fashion industry to grow within a prestigious brand.

Your Opportunity

Image Processing:

• Assist in the organization and processing of product images, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

• Collaborate with the image production team to maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Data Management:

• Use Excel and other tools to manage and organize data related to image production.

• Support in maintaining accurate records of image files, specifications, and other relevant information.

Back Office Support:

• Provide administrative support to the image production team, including file management, scheduling, and communication.

• Assist in coordinating tasks and activities to ensure timely project delivery.

Quality Control:

• Work closely with the team to conduct quality control checks on images to identify and address any issues.

• Communicate effectively with the team to resolve discrepancies and maintain high standards.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing and e-commerce, to ensure alignment on image production goals.

• Assist in communicating image specifications and requirements to relevant stakeholders.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, or similar)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

• Enthusiastic about the luxury fashion and jewelry industry

• Fluent in English and Italian

• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment

• Previous experience or internships in a similar role is a plus
